Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Restaurant Shift Leaders to help run our restaurant operations efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead staff, manage processes, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction within a dynamic team environment.

The role emphasizes operating in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for growth and development, including a focus on safety, food quality, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Work with team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly and to meet service expectations.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the dining area and food preparation zones.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
