Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift operations and coordinate the work of team members.
• Provide fast, friendly guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign duties.
• Direct team for food preparation and production while complying with standards.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory, and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor; uphold safety and policy compliance.
• Complete end-of-day reports and paperwork as required.
• Represent Circle K values in daily operations.
