Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and coordinate team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping practices.
• Ensure food items are prepared and served according to brand and health standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and follow up.
