The role requires 5+ years of restaurant management, 1+ year lead experience, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 20+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years restaurant management experience in casual or upscale dining.
• 1+ years of restaurant lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of the server teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Train and coach servers for performance excellence and uphold brand standards.
• Set clear goals for the server team, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Partner with FOH leadership to maximize server productivity and manage labor costs.
• Assist with FOH inventory and communicate needs proactively.
