Job Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day restaurant service functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities. Act as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations.
2. Develop and disseminate customer communications such as newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans.
3. Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office personnel within the local market.
5. Serve as a liaison between the customer supply chain manager and the distribution center.
6. Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and that changes to processes and procedures are effectively communicated.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree with over 6 years of related experience and at least 2 years of management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with over 9 years of specific experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
