Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across shifts and uphold our hospitality standards. The role rewards performance with an uncapped bonus program and opportunities for growth in a high-volume, full-service setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and working knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.

Compensation Range: 50,000.00 - 61,000.00

The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
