Red Robin in Millbury, MA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding brand standards for guests and team members.

This role serves as second in command, driving culture, overseeing cost centers, and leading a high-volume hospitality team. Eligible for uncapped bonuses, meal perks, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and develop a passionate team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as state/local law requires.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
