Job summary

Red Robin in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead daily operations across shifts, delivering hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

You will uphold brand standards, coach a motivated team, foster guest relations, and pursue continuous improvement in service. Prior management experience and a passion for teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ is required.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; motivate and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits by state/local law.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with Workday, Aloha, NBO, Hotschedules as applicable.
• Know-how of local health codes and scheduling systems.
• Experience in team management.

Compensation Range: 57,785.00 - 61,000.00

The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting an unparalleled experience for Guests by providing unbridled hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
