Red Robin in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager responsible for seamless day-to-day operations during shifts, upholding our standards and delivering unforgettable hospitality.

As a brand ambassador, you will lead a motivated team, monitor guest experience, and drive continual improvement while ensuring compliance with health codes and company policies. This role also offers growth opportunities and an uncapped bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word

The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting an unparalleled experience for Guests by providing unbridled hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
