Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management in New York is seeking Breakfast Attendants to help assemble and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensure it is well-stocked, and assist guests during service. • Ensure the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service.
• Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.

Job description

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, Breakfast Attendants receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.

• Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after each meal service.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops after each meal service.
