Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and promptly; take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safety and sanitation standards; assist guests with additional needs.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate special requests and dietary needs.
4. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests are met.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork; remain flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
9. Address complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
10. Prepare the dining area before and after service; keep the area clean and sanitary.
11. Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
