Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintains fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and garnishes drinks.
• Checks guest IDs.
• Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
• Handles cash, verifies charges, and records transactions.
• Secures beverage and cash assets.
• Performs cleaning tasks and maintains organized work area.
• Displays bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
