Job Summary

The Catering Attendant delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, cleaning, and returning leftover food and equipment, ensuring all events are executed accurately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to functions.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables, decorations, and buffet setups.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans and resets the event area after completion.
• Returns equipment to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
