Hilton-brand hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, efficient service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and uphold brand standards while maintaining accuracy and hospitality.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with the Food & Beverage team. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with attention to detail and professional presentation valued.

• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Skills and Knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
Knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
