Job summary

Hilton San Antonio Hill Country is seeking a detail-oriented House Attendant to uphold cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will deliver clean linens, restock supplies, and assist room attendants while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work well in a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed.
• Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary.
• Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely.
• Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
