Job Title: Restaurant Server - Part Time

Join our team at World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio! We are seeking guest-oriented servers to enhance our food and beverage service. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $10 plus tips.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and enthusiastic service to all guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming, adhering to the uniform code.
• Follow hospitality standards with enthusiasm as outlined by the company.
• Develop a working knowledge of all food and beverages served.
• Stay updated on service standards, charges, coupons, promotions, and discounts.
• Operate registers accurately, handle checks properly, and ensure legibility and correct abbreviations.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, service bar, expo line, and other areas.
• Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Account for all checks and tips responsibly at the end of each shift.
• Help colleagues and guests proactively, including greeting, seating, bussing, and running food.
• Address guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Support fellow servers during busy times and contribute to team efforts.
• Show kindness and professionalism towards guests and colleagues.
• Share ideas and contribute to the store’s growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in bar or fine dining.
