• Location: Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall - 630 Carolina Bay Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403
• Schedule: Full time and part time; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Two years of prior bartending experience

• Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor laws regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up and stocks the bar with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and practices portion control.
• Checks IDs for proper identification.
• Detects guest intoxication and acts accordingly.
• Handles cash, makes change, and records charges.
• Secures beverage products, food, equipment, and cash.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Arranges bar displays and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
