Job summary

IHG Hotels is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to welcome guests, suggest food and drink, and help keep service on track at all times.

You’ll work flexible nights, weekends and holidays, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and assist with washing up and other duties to ensure memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Strong communication and a warm, welcoming demeanor are essential to every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Flexible with night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliant with local food-handling and alcohol service laws; fluent in local language.
• Warm and welcoming communicator.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and recommend menu items to enhance dining experiences.
• Keep service on-track and assist with coordinating meals and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet local regulations.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
