Job summary

The Scottsdale Resort & Spa is seeking friendly food and beverage service staff to take and deliver guest orders with accuracy and a professional, courteous attitude. You will greet guests, explain daily specials, input orders into the POS, and ensure timely, accurate delivery in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Applicants should know state liquor regulations, hold a Food Handler Card or TABC license, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a valid Food Handler Card or certification process underway.
• Hold a current TABC license.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Strong guest relations and etiquette in English.
• Ability to understand menu items and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with POS input and beverage equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Take accurate orders and input into the POS for kitchen execution.
• Deliver orders promptly with proper condiments and presentation.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages and assist with side work and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and health standards.
• Present checks and follow safety and security procedures.
