Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Breakfast Server to help deliver memorable mornings with a warm welcome and seamless service. You’ll own your area, keep it stocked, clean, and safe, and assist with cleanup and other duties as needed.

In this role you’ll minimize waste, monitor supplies, and communicate any safety issues to your supervisor. Join a team that values guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic maths proficiency.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 lbs and comply with safety rules.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Clear communication and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Must be able to read and follow local food-handling laws.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up highstandards with our signature flare
• Owning your area, keeping it well stocked and making sure it’s always a clean and safe place to work
• Helping with clean up and other potential duties when the team needs you
• Minimising waste and keeping your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents
• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

What we need from you

• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 30lbs which can also involve bending and kneeling
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
• The flexibility to work week days, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
