Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, efficient service in a busy dining room. You will take orders, input them into a POS, and ensure accuracy and presentation of meals and beverages.

Greet guests, answer questions, and recommend menu items while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Adhere to safety standards and support opening/closing duties as needed.

• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.
