Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

As a member of our team, you will lead with our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding associates while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role is based at Pocono Manor, PA, with a competitive tipped wage structure and benefits package.

Qualifications

• General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain specials, tour menu, and recommend items guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about food, beverage, and resort services.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Perform side work at shift start and end.
• Monitor dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction; respond promptly to needs.

Restaurant Server

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Server. In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

$2.83/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes
• Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities
• Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate servicetrays to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests.
