Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking energetic Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners to deliver a friendly, responsive dining experience that consistently exceeds guest expectations. You will greet guests, inform them of specials, guide menu choices, and maintain a smooth flow of service with teamwork and courtesy.

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
