Job Purpose

- As a Restaurant Server at Cescaphe Event Group, your primary purpose is to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality during events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding their seats.


• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.


• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need during their dining experience.


• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring all service areas are tidy.


• Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution of functions and special events.


• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.


• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Required Education:
  - High school diploma or equivalent.


• Required Experience:
  - Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred.
