Summary of Position

Provide friendly, efficient service to guests according to company standards, creating a memorable experience with genuine hospitality. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, maximizing guest satisfaction and a positive work environment as directed by management.

Position Activities and Tasks

• Engage with guests courteously and professionally, ensuring good personal hygiene and proper uniform.
• Greet guests upon seating with a friendly, non-scripted greeting.
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items, answer questions, and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver hot food promptly, checking for accuracy, appearance, and temperature.
• Show genuine hospitality, actively engage guests, address concerns, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and common areas, completing assigned cleaning duties.
• Attend to guest requests and needs promptly.
• Pre-bus, detail, and maintain the dining area.
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking stations, and bussing tables during downtime.
• Follow the service cycle and team responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers regarding issues and solutions.
• Process orders and operate POS systems accurately.
• Assist team members and maintain cleanliness of service stations and common areas.
• Restock supplies and perform other duties as assigned.
