Summary of Position

Provides friendly and efficient service in a timely manner to guests according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Shows guests genuine hospitality to create a memorable experience. Presents a professional appearance with sincerity, positivity, and friendliness. Performs all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Position Activities and Tasks

• Interact with guests courteously and respectfully when seated at the station.
• Greet guests immediately upon seating with a genuine, non-scripted greeting.
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items, answer questions, and anticipate guests' needs.
• Deliver hot food promptly, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature.
• Provide Perkins service with genuine hospitality, personality, and suggestions at every step. Address guest concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry, and dining areas, completing assigned cleaning duties.
• Attend to guest requests and needs promptly.
• Pre-bus, detail, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and stations.
• Perform side work during downtime, such as restocking and bussing tables.
• Follow the service cycle and team responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with management regarding issues and propose solutions.
• Process orders and operate POS systems accurately.
• Assist team members and maintain cleanliness of service stations and common areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain organization.
• Run food to ensure hot items are served hot.
