Job Description

As a Restaurant Server, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Your passion for service and attention to detail will leave a lasting impression, making each guest's visit memorable. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Be a Friendly Face: Arrive on time to set up the restaurant/lounge/cafe, keep the area clean and attractive, and handle cleaning duties at closing.
2. Be a Host and Server: Pour water, upsell food & beverage, make helpful suggestions, answer questions, remember guest preferences, and provide a friendly service experience.
3. Be a Food Professional: Understand the menu, offer prompt service, handle transactions accurately, and create a wonderful dining experience.
4. Follow Safety & Security Policies: Adhere to safety procedures and communicate issues to management as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of experience in food & beverage service.
• ServSafe or Tips certification.
• Ability to work long hours, exert physical effort, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Excellent vision, ability to stand and walk for long periods, and fluency in English.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.
