Job summary

Hilton Tempo in Nashville seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver warm, efficient service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will take orders, present menus, and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages in line with brand standards.

You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage team, manage POS transactions, and uphold hygiene and service guidelines to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
