Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with precision while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

This role welcomes individuals with or without prior restaurant experience and offers tips, weekend hours, and opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) to support guests and follow instructions.

What You’ll Do
