We are hiring a Hotel Restaurant/Food Service Server.

Pay rate: $9/hr

About The Rooftop at Exchange Place

Located high atop the Hyatt House Jersey City, The Rooftop at Exchange Place offers stunning views of Manhattan and overlooks the Hudson River. We are hiring a Food & Beverage Director to oversee the relaunch of our rooftop bar, Terrace restaurant, and banquet space. This role involves developing a team of service-minded professionals.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform guest service in dining areas, ensuring tables are properly set and guests are promptly attended to
• Serve food and beverages cheerfully, ensuring satisfaction

• Stay calm during busy times and resolve guest issues effectively
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain punctuality and a clean workspace
• Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs
• Adhere to dress code and operational policies
