Description

DoubleTree by the Galleria is seeking a passionate and outgoing restaurant server. If you have previous restaurant serving experience and want to join a great team, please submit your resume to apply!

Abilities:

• At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience required
• Bartending experience highly preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written
• Current TABC and Food Handlers certification
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
• Able to carry 15-20 pounds
• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and seat them in the restaurant
• Check food quality, serve guests promptly and courteously, and replenish beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area and perform opening and closing duties
• Engage with guests, address concerns, and resolve complaints regarding food and beverage
