Location: Morgantown, West Virginia

The purpose of a Restaurant Server is to serve food and beverages to guests according to hotel brand standards, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting financial profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Know menu items, promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
2. Respond promptly, friendly, and efficiently to guest requests.
3. Take orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
4. Retrieve and deliver orders promptly.
5. Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
6. Serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations.
7. Keep the serving station well-stocked.
8. Perform side work and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
9. Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and compliance with work schedules.
10. Adhere to personal appearance and grooming standards, including dress code.
11. Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.
