Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Server for The Vibe in Asheville, NC. Read energy, greet guests warmly, and guide them through the menu with enthusiasm, while keeping pace with a busy room.

We value a genuinely warm, high-energy personality and a willingness to learn. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and be available evenings and weekends to capture the best shifts and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A genuinely warm, high-energy personality that matters more than years of experience.
• Serving experience is a plus, but we'll train the right attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Availability for evenings and weekends when the magic happens.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set the tone the second they sit down.
• Walk people through the drink and food menu with real enthusiasm, not a script.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, and keep the pace moving during the rush.
• Suggest add-ons and specials in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
• Keep tables, the bar area, and your section clean and guest-ready.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep timing tight.
• Handle payments and closeouts accurately.
• Jump in wherever the team needs a hand, this crew moves together.

We're looking for a Server who can read that energy and match it: quick on your feet, easy with people, and genuinely into making someone's night better. If you like a fast pace, a creative menu, and regulars who start to feel like friends, this is your spot.
