Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a courteous Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service in a vibrant dining environment in Arlington, TX. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
