Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

Responsibilities:

• Support the restaurant & General Manager in fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect
• Prioritize exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Train and coach staff to support talent development and identify trainers
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure safe working conditions
• Represent and protect the CHOPT brand
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification and other required food safety certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with computers/tablets
• Manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
