The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager and team in driving the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. The key responsibility is to ensure excellent guest service for every guest.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing daily operations through successful execution of 'Operations Excellence' standards, which involve food preparation, food safety, inventory management, financial accountability, delivery, and catering. The Assistant Manager will also interview, train, and develop shift leaders and crew members.

The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of progressive restaurant management experience and a proven success record. They should possess an energetic personality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a fun, communicative, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
