Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Reston, VA to lead ground-up restaurant and retail construction across multiple projects. Hybrid work arrangement available.

You will manage planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and budget targets while coordinating with contractors and clients. Strong experience in restaurant/retail builds is required, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up builds and tenant improvements.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, coordinate teams, and deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to meet budget.
• Review and execute from complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies using standard software.
