Responsibilities

• Create daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper coverage.
• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during operating hours.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage attendance issues.
• Coordinate with Chef on food service and menu issues.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address guests' needs.
• Order supplies through IP System and prepare requisitions.
• Keep inventory forms and stocking areas updated.
• Inspect food for freshness and quality.
• Maintain communication with guests for special requests and large parties.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Supervisefloor serviceindining roomsduringhours ofoperation.
• Performemployee evaluationsandmanage issuesrelatedtoattendancerecords.
• MaintaincommunicationwiththeChefonallfoodservice andmenuissues.
• Communicatewithmanagement,chefs,andculinary stafftofulfill andaddressissuesorneedsrequestedbyguests and employees.

Qualifications

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:
