Job summary

Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking a Bar Assistant Manager to oversee beverage department operations at Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, MS. You will supervise staff, ensure efficient service, manage scheduling, and maintain cost controls to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and two years of supervisory experience in beverage or a related Food & Beverage area, with ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Direct smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Managedelivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
• Provide management supporting the oversight of assigned shifts to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests.

Qualifications

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:

• Highschooldiploma orequivalent.
• Two(2)years ofsupervisoryexperienceinbeverageoranequivalentF&Bsupervisoryposition.

PREFERRED:

ServSafe Certification.
