Job summary

Culver’s is hiring a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help open and maintain our high standards of hospitality. You’ll coordinate with opening teammates to ensure a smooth start, perform routine maintenance on all equipment, and keep the restaurant interior, exterior, and grounds in top condition.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with opening team members to ensure smooth opening.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment as per the maintenance calendar.
• Provide maintenance for interior and exterior of the restaurant, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put away food orders and rotate stock in coolers and dry storage.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates; maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operations.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
