Job summary

Culver’s in Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help open and maintain a smooth-running operation. You’ll join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude to deliver a great guest experience.

Daily duties include coordinating opening tasks, performing scheduled equipment maintenance, keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean and inviting, monitoring stock, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate reliability and ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and guests.
• Able to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar.
• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
• Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
• Monitor shelf life and code dates
• Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
