Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Champaign, IL is seeking a World Wide Wings Manager to assist the General Manager in running the restaurant, ensuring safety, service quality and profitability. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will focus on staffing, training, guest satisfaction, and performance management to drive the bottom line and deliver a consistent guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to create a fun, exciting environment for guests and Team Members.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to company policies.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, with full-bar management preferred.
• High school education or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Experience managing each department (Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, HOH) for at least three periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with staffing planning.
• Assist other managers with hiring decisions.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings as directed by GM.
• Develop and implement incentive programs with Department Managers.
• Motivate Team Members to participate in promotions and incentives.
• Provide regular performance feedback and appraisals to managers and staff.
• Coach managers on performance management practices.
• Support development of assigned Department Managers.
