Job summary

Applegreen USA in Irmo, SC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at a Burger King location. The AGM supports the General Manager in profitability, guest service, people development and operations management.

You will coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members, uphold standards, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean facility while managing a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service understanding.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed for operations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in coordination with the General Manager.
• Maintain inventory and follow cash control procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of facilities and equipment per standards.
• Coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members to improve performance.
• Direct efficient and accurate food preparation and service.
