Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The GM will lead daily operations, focusing on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development, and operational excellence.

Reports to the District Manager and supervises an Assistant Manager and crew members. The role requires supervision experience, strong P&L understanding, and flexibility to work diverse shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Experience supervising teams in quick-service/fast-food.
• Ability to work long/irregular shifts as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of quick-service management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage the P&L.
• Drive sales through guest service, people development and operations.
• Coach and develop team members and manage scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Perform duties of the Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor when needed.
• Engage with the community to support local marketing initiatives.
