Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills and genuine hospitality.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly manner.
• Take drink orders and follow policy regarding service of alcohol.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Comply with federal and state laws including FLSA tip regulations.
