• Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
• Experience recruiting and developing staff.
• Coaching and performance management skills.
• Restaurant operations knowledge and processes.
• Understanding of food safety policies and procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs and maintenance.
• Attract and retain talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Collaborate with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitor performance using reporting tools, customer metrics and labor metrics.
• Maintain restaurant safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve complaints.
• Roll out and adopt changes, new products, campaigns and strategies.
