Qualifications

• TIPs certification required.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Financial operations: forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Cost control: monitor portions and quantities of food, minimize waste, and maintain inventories.
• ABC regulations: comply with Alcoholic Beverage Commission, federal/state/county/city codes and landlord lease requirements.
• Safety/Sanitary standards: maintain a safe and healthy environment and ensure sanitation standards.
• Ambiance control: manage restaurant ambiance, lighting, music, and table setup.
• Continuing education: update job knowledge and participate in professional organizations.
