Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains and monitors a list of restaurant assets.
• Ensures preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment per company standards, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed (safe counting, cash drawers).
• Motivates and directs team members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Provides coaching to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Directs the team toward efficient prep and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Upholds all operational and brand standards and performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
