Job summary

Burger King in Burlington, NC is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations and drive profitability, guest service, and team development. Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant management experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory through daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains and monitors restaurant assets.
• Ensures preventative maintenance with vendors and adheres to standards.
• Enforces cash control and security procedures (cash drawers, safe counting).
• Directs and coaches Shift Coordinators and team members to meet guest expectations and speed-of-service targets.
