Burger King in Reidsville, NC is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop the restaurant team. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and manages 20–45 hourly staff across shifts.

Responsibilities include inventory, ordering, asset management, maintenance, cash controls, coaching, and ensuring fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Manages inventory costs and performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains and monitors a list of all restaurant assets.
• Ensures preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment per company standards.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures (cash handling, safes).
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Directs the team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Upholds operational and brand standards; covers Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.
